Here are some undesirable situations that I'm sure physie girls/ladies can relate to:
- Sweat in your eyes
- Safety pins unclip
- Memory lapse - forgetting the next move
- Hairpiece/jewellery falls off (seniors/ladies)
- Muscle cramp
